REVIEW – Isabella’s Kitchen Chicken Enchilada Bake from Costco
My boyfriend got some of the Isabella's Chicken Enchilada Bake from Costco. I don't like chicken enchilada bakes (or chicken enchiladas), so it isn't something I would buy on my own. While it is microwavable, we cooked it in a conventional oven following the instructions on the back of the box.
The chicken enchilada bake was fairly rich and cheesy with a little adobo sauce. I don't like beans, so one good thing about this chicken enchilada bake was that it didn't have any beans. It also wasn't spicy at all. Overall, it was OK, but the cheese had a little too much of a sour taste for me. It also gave me a bit of a headache after eating it (probably from the oils).Food: Isabella's Kitchen Chicken Enchilada Bake from Costco
