I ate some of this potato salad when I was sick with a cold/sore throat/cough.

It tasted like a normal potato salad, and it was soothing for my sore throat. It was OK since there weren't any overbearing flavors, and the potatoes weren't too mushy. It tasted about the same as other grocery store potato salads.
