Chips
Bag of Boulder Canyon Gluten-free sweet potato chips from Costco

I bought some of Boulder Canyon's sweet potato chips with sea salt from Costco since it's hard to find sweet potato chips in a big bag, and the bag at Costco was bigger than others.

The sweet potato chips had a nice sweet potato flavor along with the sea salt, but, unfortunately, the sweet potato chips were way too hard. I don't know if it was supposed to be that way or if something was wrong with the bag of chips, but each time I ate a chip, I had to really crunch down, and I felt like my teeth would break off.

I really wanted to like these chips because I love sweet potato chips, and it's hard finding them in a big bag, but since I couldn't eat them, I ended up returning them to Costco.

Bag of Simple Truth Natural Sweet Potato Chips from Fry's/Kroger
Simple Truth Natural Sweet Potato Chips from Fry's/Kroger

I felt like buying some chips so I decided to try the Simple Truth Sweet Potato Chips from Fry's (Kroger). The chips were like regular ridged potato chips, but sweeter. The sweet taste was good and not overbearing. The chips weren't too salty or oily, either (even though 2 of the 3 ingredients are oil and salt). They seem to be relatively healthy compared to a lot of other chips. The texture of the chips was also a little thicker and tougher than other potato chips.

They were delicious, and I would buy them again. The only negative thing was that they didn't come in a larger quantity.

Stacy's Pita Chips
Sabra Spinach & Artichoke Hummus

I had some Stacy's "Simply Naked" Pita Chips dipped in Sabra Spinach & Artichoke Hummus as a lunch snack.

The pita chips were nice and crunchy and had a good pita taste.

The hummus was fine, but I didn't quite like the spinach/artichoke-y taste. I would have preferred a plain hummus to this one.
